Can't meet demand

I was promised a delivery date. They then sent an email promising it would be another week. That day came and went and I did not hear anything from nectar. After emailing I was told there was yet another delay. They did not offer any resolution such as an additional discount or anything for my inconvenience. After three broken promises of delivery dates, I finally received my mattress after over a month of waiting. If you want a mattress quickly, there are many good alternatives such as purple Etc. The mattress itself is a little firm for my liking. Nectar was quick to charge my credit card as soon as I place the order but yet besieged me with delays. They should not charge my credit card until the mattress is ready to be shipped.

Very Comfortable

We've been sleeping on our new Nectar mattress for only 3 nights, but I can honestly say it's a great sleep. Very comfortable and I'm not tossing and turning like I did with our old mattress. I would have given 5 stars, but our order ship date was extended twice, without notification. Fortunately, it was worth the wait!

Bought for my wife. She always wake up with hip and shoulder pain. Now 3 nights of sleep.

My wife has a lot of pain in hip & shoulders. She now has 3 nights with out waking up with any pains. This is fantastic. This mattress so far gets a superior rating. I will be waiting for a few months to see if the same results. I truly believe it will be the same results. Thank you Nectar for this great mattress. Keith

Its not bad, but certainly not the best sleep ever.

I've been sleeping on the bed for 2 weeks. I wake up less during the night than I did on my 8 year old spring mattress, but I still do wake up some nights. Its harder than I thought it would be. I'm going to sleep on it another month or so to decide whether I'm going to keep it or not.

Great mattress for the price!

My wife and I stumbled upon the Nectar website while looking for a Purple or Casper mattress. We took a risk and are honestly so glad we did! The company has a lot of negative reviews out there, but I think they are mostly caused by the impatience of people these days. Yes, the mattress took a while to ship and was delayed a couple of times. When it did show up, we were so impressed with the packaging, the process of opening up the mattress, and the first night's sleep was amazing. The mattress has been out for three days and the "smell" is gone. Honestly once I think this company gets further off their feet and figures out their shipping issues, people will have nothing but good things to say. Five stars - we love it!

Game Changer

I purchased the Nectar knowing it was on backorder, so I expected it to take some time. I would say it took about 3 weeks. But this delay was expected. Their chat systems on their website and Facebook always gave me fast response and the team was wonderful! We got the bed and it was such an easy set up. The first night I was a bit skeptic because it felt super firm. You could barely roll around because it kept you in place. Three days in and the bed started to break in for me. The more I slept on it, I never want to get out! My fiance, day 1, slept the deepest I've ever seen him sleep. Mouth open, snoring/whistling haha. We came from a sleep number which we hated! My fiance swears by Nectar and we have never loved a bed more. We are always finding excuses to get into it. Thank you Nectar and your wonderful team. If you ever need a representative, we are all in! Best purchase we have made in a LONG time!

I enjoyed the buying experience. I was nice to talk to Americans. The bed arrived one day earlier than expected.i wish the cutter that is supposed to be used to open the plastic was more viable. I found it after I opened the bed :worried:.
