Super fast shipping

I was shocked how fast it arrived after so many reviews says other wise. So far after a couple of nights sleeping, I slept really well last night without waking once.

A Bit Hard

I do like it quite a bit, and I don't really wake up with back pain anymore. There was no smell, and set up was a breeze. My only complaint is that it's harder than I thought it would be. I don't 'sink in' like I had anticipated, but I think that could actually be a good thing. I LOVE the pillows!!

Great bed, great customer service, great people

There aren't enough superlatives (and I don't really feel comfortable getting that effusive about a bed) but your bed is the incredible. My wife hasn't slept a full night in years, but the first night in this bed was an uninterupted night's sleep.
There was a slight problem with the bed when it first arrived as it didn't expand completely, but calls to customer service were a delight. An offer was quickly made to send a new bed, but before we could work out details the bed finished expanding and I decided to keep it. I'm glad I did and now I'm dreading going away from home and having to sleep on a normal bed.

First Non-traditional Mattress Experience

It's been pretty good so far. Set up was easy (though heavy enough that we needed two people to get it upstairs). The bed itself was fully inflated in about 10-15 minutes. The pillows however took a few hours. There is a smell, but it doesn't smell bad (someone said it smelled like a hospital). It's been about two weeks and I can still smell remnants of it. I slept on it after about 2 hours of laying it out (I think it said somewhere that you should wait 24 hours?). It doesn't sink as much as I thought it would, but I'm like 150 lbs, so I'm not the heaviest person, and I actually prefer it to be a little firmer (it is soft though). pretty happy with my first non-spring mattress

I only had 3 nights in my bed before I had to travel but it's been great. It doesn't sink in, it has great support. I believe I will be enjoying this mattress for years to come.

I live with chronic shoulder pain and this bed helps releave the pressure during the night. It's so comfy!!!
