Great Mattress

I've only had the mattress for a couple months at this time, but I really enjoy it. It has been easy to set up. I use a cover to be extra careful with the concerns about the internal materials. The only difficult part is the pillows can be too firm, but overall I've enjoyed the purchase.

Click, Click, Brand new super comfortable bed arrives, The platform is cool and assembly does not prompt memories of past regrettable. All just arrives like mail. No 5hr delivery window. Bed is very comfortable. Very comfortable. The edge is a little soft and until you get your bearings, you can roll right out. So I’m holding back one star.

Not compatible - but still a good product

The mattress is incredibly soft. Too soft for a stomach sleeper (partner) and a large side sleeper (me 6'0" 220lb). If you like soft, this is for you. Think bag of cotton balls soft. For us, it is horrible. Back pain, shoulder pain, stiff hips in the morning. I started snoring again. When I sit on the side of the bed, which compresses the foam, I can feel the box spring.
The ordering and delivery process was great, the product is nicely made, no issues with damage, but it is not a good fit for us. When need firmer.
We are starting the return/exchange process. I will be comfortable changing the star rating for the company higher once we go through the return process. More to come !
