Amazing bed and amazing customer service. BUT!

The mattress itself and the customer service nectar service are beyond comparable but the time it took for me to receive my bed was way longer than projected. This was not a problem on nectars side but after contacting customer service they were able to satisfy all my questions and conserns. 10/10 customer service

Great bed overall

It is a great bed and was very impressed with how it was packaged when it arrived at our home. Very easy setup, love the quilted pattern. My husband loves it and so do my two puppies. As for myself I am taking a little longer to adjust to the medium-firmness, but have high hopes that I will love it just as much as everyone else.

Good Sleep is Easy

Ordering the mattress was fairly easy. There was a delay in shipping that was expected. The communication regarding status updates could have been better. Inquiries I made about my order though were handled promptly.
The mattress arrived in a large bag and was easy to get upstairs to my bedroom in the 2nd floor of our home. I moved the mattress, unpacked it and set it up on the bed by myself. Off gassing was minimal. We slept on our mattress about 5 hours after opening it.
The mattress provides great support. You sink into it ever so slightly. There is little to no transfer of movement when my wife or I move. Pressure points are practically a thing of the past. I am a side and stomach sleeper and have slept comfortably in both positions. I also am a hot sleeper and have not had any issues with being too hot with this mattress.
I am looking forward to how this mattress feels during the summer and winter months before making the final decision. But so far, so good.
So, my only complaint is that the communication could have been a bit better, but most of my expectations have been met. My initial impression is that I would recommend Nectar to others.

Much needed upgrade!

Amazing bed, sleep much more sound and don’t wake up in as much pain as I did on my old mattress. Now only if they would’ve sent me the pillows shown instead of the cheap ones they sent with my mattress I’d be a little happier.

We got this mattress 2 years ago. I unfortunately never returned it but should have. I have never been in love with the mattress. We do not find it comfortable. We are now on the search for a new/different mattress. Reading all the reviews I was hoping to have the same outcome as everyone else- to love the mattress, unfortunately that is not the case for us.

Alleviates pain

I bought this mattress after researching mattresses for weeks. I liked that a lot of reviews claimed it was a good mattress for couples because when one person turned over the other person didn’t feel them move. That is definitely true. Also, anytime I have any back or shoulder pain I lay on my back and can feel the pain leaving within minutes- it’s like some kind of magic! We’ve had the mattress now for 7 months and we both absolutely love it. Best money spent
