Purchased king size medium firmness. Delivered 1 yr ago. Slept on it 9 months. Sagged 2 1/2". Nectar replaced the mattress no questions asked. Excellent service. Unfortunately, the new 1 sags just the same. I weigh 245. would buy a firm if ever again.

It seems to be a bit too soft for my body, thinking I should of spent a little more and got a Casper.

Great Mattress

I bought one for my 14 year old daughter and one for our guest room. They arrived in a timely fashion and were a breeze to set up. They are very comfortable and my daughter sleeps great every night.

Wonderful Company

Two months ago I bought The Nectar mattress. It expanded perfectly upon opening with no noticeable odor. It was a beautiful mattress with a charcoal grey casing and a soft cool fabric top. It felt wonderful although a bit firmer than I anticipated. Every part of my body felt fully supported. My wife however, who is a bit lighter, felt it was too firm. We had a foam topper from our old mattress that I tried on top, but again my wife did not like the feel, or having to put a topper on a new mattress. To my dismay I decided to return this gorgeous mattress.
After reading some negative comments about trying to make a return, I started the process with some trepidation. Nothing could have been easier. I was contacted the same day as my request and asked to send a photo of the tags on the bed. Within a day I was contacted with an offer to help me keep the mattress or continue with the return. Totally polite with no pressure either way. Within another day I was told the pick up company, Sharetown, would contact me, a day later they called, a day later they picked up. Three days after that I was credited a full refund. Easy and polite the whole way.
So , feel confident that this is a professional company. Also feel confident that the mattress you will get is beautiful and feels very high end. The base model is a bit firm for a foam mattress, so maybe upgrade to the plusher model. For most people I am sure the base model will feel wonderful.
I may try another model myself. So ignore the negative reviews. They are far outweighed by the correct reviews praising Nectar.
