The process and shipping, was awesome. Unpacking by yourself was a little difficult, it is heavy, but I managed. I’m on the fence still about comfort. I had slept on a few other memory foam mattresses and loved them. I have back issues and thought this would help. Nectar was recommended to me by a friend. It’s comfortable, but it just feels flat, I’m not finding it to be body molding. I still wake up with a sore back, and may have to add a topper to it. The cooling function works, I can definitely find a cool spot in the bed if I get hot. I’m glad I made the move from a traditional mattress, I just need to find a happy medium.

I have recently put my mattress to work. It's sets up easy. Has taken me a little adjustment to sleep on it. My old mattress was very soft. So far like it. Delivery prompt and all is nice
