New Design is Quite Bad

I have been sleeping on an older model Nectar mattress since January 2021. That mattress is fantastic - supportive and comfortable. Because of this experience, I just purchased another for my family. The new mattress is not even close to the same. The new mattress is way too soft, offers no support, and is simply very uncomfortable. I contacted customer service and was told that they redesigned the mattress in April 2021. That's too bad because the new model is bad. Even my elementary school daughter says it is very uncomfortable and she wants to go back to her old, budget-level spring mattress.

Has helped me feel better waking up. Wish it was slighty softer but otherwise still good. End corners havent fully expanded which is annoying.

We bought a vacation property recently and bought a Nectar for our bedroom. I loved it so much that I replaced my old mattress at home with one as well!

It’s been a dream!!!

I got this mattress a little more than a month ago because I was pregnant and my old mattress was killing me. Even pregnancy pillows didn’t help. Now I fall asleep easy and actually sleep through the night! I’m obsessed!!!
