I was skeptical of buying a bed without trying. After reading hundreds of reviews I purchased this bed. It was the absolute best purchase I have ever made. Within days I stopped waking up with back pain. I lay down and within minutes I am asleep. It is firm yet cuddles you. The accessories are awesome too. The pillows are exceptional. I was not disappointed
