The mattress's are comfortable, but when you raise them they crease which causes the mattress cover to shift. The rigid raised rim around the mattress ends up in the part of the mattress you're laying on. It is very uncomfortable. Not what you'd expect from such expensive products.

Mattress delivered had bugs in it. Start getting bitten the first night i slept on it.

I was promised a new mattress and to date it still has not bee delivered. I ordered a bedframe and that was delivered today. Yet I still can't sleep in my bed. This is very frustrating

Mattress is a lot softer than advertised, have to sleep close to the middle cause the sides of the mattress are so weak. You can sit on the edge upright with your feet on the ground and have a hard time not sliding off it deflates so much. I’m 6’2 240lbs and my couch sleeps better than this bed. Definitely did not exceed my expectations. I was skeptical about getting this thing vacuum packed in the mail and should’ve went with my gut and got a real mattress at the store.

Had to get a mattress unexpectedly and couldn't figure out which one so just pulled the trigger on this nectar, I was skeptical bc of my back issues and reading that it's a little firm but its the best decision I've made since 2019 cuz you know 2020 sucked but that's another thing, so frickin comfortable, my back feels better so far, I'm pretty much in love, bad back approves :ok_hand:
