Extremely Soft Memory Foam Topper - HORRIBLE SERVICE

I got this mattress due to spots online describing it as a firm mattress, and great for back support. I really disagree. The mattress feels soft, like a marshmallow. I sink into it and it feels like a struggle to move around in my mattress at night. Because of the restricting feeling, I lay in a single fixed position all night. I wake up SORE and TIRED. STIFF. BACK PAIN. I have to take ibuprofen every morning to help reduce the pain I feel from sleeping on the mattress. I have so far been in a 2 week long email chain with Nectar support retention specialists who offer me memory foam toppers for the memory foam mattress. They aren't addressing my requests for a return. They also take a full day to reply. I feel like I will NEVER get my MONEY BACK and that this whole process is just to get money from people who just want a good nights SLEEP. I DO NOT recommend this mattress unless you can try it out before. BUY IT ONLY because you will never want to email nectar support retention specialists.

Soft sides/No head board attachment

So far my only concern with the mattress is that the sides are VERY soft when you sit down. I do not sit on them for any length of time but when I do I feel like I might slide off onto the floor!
When my wood platform came it was very attractive but I was severely disappointed I could no longer use my beautiful head board because there was no way to attach it. If I had known this I would have opted for the metal frame & saved money while doing so.

Love the mattress, frame is another story

I love my bed. It's amazing. The only thing I don't like is that the wooden slats don't stay in the frame so I need to find a way to anchor them.
