Great bed but sleeps HOT

I love everything about the bed. It's comfortable in any position to sleep. Haven't had back pain like I normally do when I wake up. But it's the hottest bed I've ever had. I wake up drenched in sweat.

From Customer service in placing the order - to ease in putting together - then of course the quality is excellent. Guests say they are very comfortable. Bought two twins so I can make them up apart or made pushed together as a king size. Works great!

I searched for a long time before a friend recommended Nectar. I am thrilled that I made the decision to have a Nectar queen size mattress and I have been having a good night sleep ever since.

Pretty damn plush, almost too plush. I bought this mattress for our extra room, with the expectation it would match my daughters firm yet comfortable queen mattress she had bought about 2.5 years ago. Its a totally different level of comfort. MUCH much softer, nearly as soft the Zinus it was replacing, due to it being "too" soft. Although comfortable to sleep on, it can be difficult to maneuver around on when changing sleeping positions. Im not certain if I had known it was this soft, I would have bought it.

So so as the bed is very soft but it does not sit flat. It feels like it has a small hill in spots

the bed is too soft. Customer service turnaround time is extremely slow and are one sentence answers. It seems that they are not able to process requests fully. I've been trying to return my mattress for months.
