Excellent mattress

I sleep so good on this mattress. It is the right amount of firmness and softness. The pillows I got with it. Make for a perfect combination.

I can’t get used to

I can’t get used to This mattress your body sinks down Into it and you have a hard time getting out and turning is also difficult I think you should buy a new mattress in person not online

I originally wrote a review giving it 4 stars. The mattress was a little too soft for us. I was contacted immediately following the review to ask what the issue was and I was offered a solution that really worked. My wife and I are very pleased with how comfortable it is and how we sleep. I cant say enough for the customer service we received from Meaghan D. She was very pleasant and helpful and even followed up to see how we were doing. I would recommend this bed and company to anyone.

I bought 2 mattresses twin size and neither one of them fully expanded ! A waste of money ! And I have major hip pain so ….. very disappointing!

It took a long time for a long time the mattress to come in (one month I think), but everything else (the frame and the sheets/pillows) came in a few days. The frame was easy to build, and the packaging for the sheets and pillows were very nice! The mattress was fairly easy to unpack. Sadly a few holes were ripped in the mattress when I got it, but nothing too noticeable. It was definitely ripped from how it was packaged or in transit. After sleeping in my nectar bed for a while now, it's very comfortable and has helped with pain in my back from the way it hugs my body when I sleep. With that said, it does get pretty warm at night especially if I don't adjust or move in my sleep, so I'll occasionally wake up with my back being sweaty from sinking into one spot on the bed. ALSO, sitting or laying on one edge of the bed WILL cause the opposite side or corner of the bed to lift up a little if the weight isn't spread out evenly. So far it hasn't caused me or anyone to fall off the bed, but it was alarming to figure this out.
