Not good for this back sleeper

I have tried for some time to work through back pain from sleeping NECTAR is another try. It did not work for me the mattress is far too soft for me , I feel like I'm wrapped in it, I can't move around easily. I wake up with a sore lower back and shoulders. Even with trying many different positions of an adjustable bed frame. I sleep better on my My Chaise lounge in the family room. I have come to understand I need more support. that this mattress provides.

When I first received the bed it was great and I was very comfortable but it seems like the quality has gone down very fast! I haven’t even had it for a year yet and I already am waking up with back pain.
