Second Nectar Mattress; totally different

We really wanted to love it. This is our second Nectar mattress (our first is maybe 3-4 years old) and this one is so much softer than our first mattress. I guess we were expecting a similar version to arrive but the material, the firmness, and the design have completely changed.
Our MAIN issue: if there are two people sharing this mattress, the heavier person will sink in quite a ways (6+ inches) and of course, the lighter person either rolls into them or ends up sleeping on an angle/slope. Neither my fiancé nor I come close to the weight limit. I can’t help but wonder if our mattress is defective. Ironically enough, our first nectar mattress arrived defective (never fully “inflated” and smelled of mold…) so they sent a replacement. The replacement mattress was great and now occupies our guest room since we wanted a larger mattress. Sadly, we will have to try one of the competitors at this point and go through the *fun* process of getting a refund and taking care of this mattress.
Oh, and it took two months for the mattress to arrive, with really no warning at all.

I already had a memory foam mattress.I ordered this one in hopes to ease back and neck pain.So far Ive not noticed a difference between the two.Also if your gonna refer someone make sure you 2 knkw the right way to do it.I used my email to order my bed,then referred my aunt to mattress but since she doesnt do email I had to use mine.Now it keeps telling me that I have to buy another mattress if I want referral reward.Not big deal just wish had known ahead of time.
