I spent a lot of time looking for the best mattress in my price range for my particular health issues. I have chronic pain and I am a side sleeper so I get hip and shoulder pain.
So far, after a month, I am able to sleep longer without pain. Beyond that, The Nectar mattress is cozy, comfy, and snuggly!
The sleep bundle was a pleasant surprise also. I assumed the sheets and pillows would be cheap like the ones that came with my parents purchase of a mattress from another company - awful, felt like plastic. I thought I would end up never using them. Far from it! The sheets are so soft and very high quality. The pillows are the best I’ve ever had!
So why only 4 stars? Well, really I’d say it should be 4.5 stars because my “con” is small. I received the sleep bundle within about 2 weeks of ordering. The mattress order on the other hand, was “processing” for at least a month. I was not too surprised by this, figuring COVID and recent weather related issues explained such a long wait. However, 2 days into the time frame Nectar had given for delivery… no change to the “processing” status. No emails from Nectar… no communication at all. So I emailed Nectar asking for an update I got a speedy form response saying nothing, but shortly after that a real person with contact information emailed, and a ship date, and “delivery” status popped up. Everything moved smoothly forward after that and without further delay. So, too long of a wait for my cozy bed and not great communication but a happy ending!

I recently purchased this mattress for my father when he moved to Orlando to be with me and my son. He has received the mattress and after about a couple of weeks he started complaining about the mattress felt like it has already been used. He said it is very lumpy and worn-out like a used regular mattress. He wakes up in pain and very stiff from sleeping on this mattress. He said it very uncomfortable and has has good night sleep since he received his supposedly "NEW BED". I can't express how unsatisfied he is with this "SUPPOSEDLY NEW BED".

Disappointed with this mattress. My parents bought one 2 years ago and it was so much nicer. Quality has gone down.
It’s hot and difficult to move around on.
The challenge of getting out of your depression might not be an issue, if you didn’t want to roll over, but I don’t sleep in the same position all night.
The mattress foam doesn’t even fill out the fabric covering completely. There’s a bit of slack in the cover.
High volume, cheap product. Not a great mattress, but the price lured me in. I learned my lesson!!. I’ll be returning the mattress, headboard/frame and the Resident package (sheets, pillows & mattress protector).
Time to spend more and get better quality and experience.
