Not a soft bed

We got our mattress a couple of weeks ago and when waking up in the morning we both felt like mortal death so we had to switch back to our old bed. This is not a soft bed by any means. I haven't contacted the company yet to see if they would do a return on the mattress.

Love my nectar mattress so much I suggested it to my sister. She just bought and received her nectar king size Friday. Can't wait to hear if she loves it as much as I do.
