Very uncomfortable mattress

We bought the Nectar mattress thinking it would be good and it isn't. Too hard. I reached out to nectar to take with them and they said it hasn't been long enough to send us a mattress topper. They said we had to sleep on it 14 days first.

Great Mattress, awful bed frame

We love our king Nectar mattress. But the bed frame it came with is poor quality. The central legs immediately came out from out from under the bed, causing the whole thing to sag in the middle. Now I have to fabricate a solution on my own. We are not skinny people, but we're also not outrageously heavy. Bed frames should be designed to support the weight of all people. Am honestly very disappointed in this frame. Great mattress though. Stick to that.

It was delivered in a month as promised.
The sheets are very soft and comfortable.
It was easy to set up with help from my son in law.
I was able to sleep on it the same night.
All in all I have no complaints
