Feels kind of like a big marshmallow.

After waiting over a month for delivery, I’m really disappointed with the product. We intended to replaced our 10-yr old Serta. After sleeping on it for 3 weeks we’ve engaged the return team.
The feel of this mattress is like a marshmallow. You sink about 1/2 way into it before it starts to support you. It’s somewhat ok if you’re a back sleeper, but my wife is a side/stomach sleeper. Her back hurts more now than with the 10-yr old mattress and mine is about the same.

Skeptical the first night and have loved it ever since!

I researched for weeks on which bed to buy, we like a soft bed so I wasn’t sure this would cut it…. The first night it was more firm than our previous bed and I wasn’t so sure how we would like it. After actually sleeping on it, it was perfect and I’m very happy with our decision.

The middle is great only issue is that it gets soft around the ashes making it a bit hard to get and out. I do love actually sleeping in it it is very comfortable just wish it was easier to get in and out
