Comfortable yet not

Every night I go to sleep happy as a clam. Every morning I wake up sweaty and hot. The bed holds you nicely, but unfortunately it's in your heat and forces you to sweat profusely. I'm normally a cold natured person, so this experience has definitely been odd for me. I doubt this bed will be sticking around longer than the 365 trial period.

The Best Customer Service

So this mattress didn’t work for me unfortunately. However, I am still giving them 5 stars because the mattress is a good mattress! It’s just not good for how I specifically sleep. When I called to return it, they offered me a mattress topper for free to try. I did because why not? That still didn’t work for my back unfortunately so I called again to return it. They did everything WHILE STILL ON THE PHONE. I took a picture of my mattress and tags while the customer service rep waited, she put the information in for my refund while I waited. Now everything on their end is done and I just have a few more steps to get my refund. I really appreciate how great their customer service is. If you are thinking of trying this mattress, do it. If you don’t like it, it’s not even a hassle to return it. They are fantastic and it makes me so sad that this didn’t work for me.
