Long shipping time

Mattress comfortable,but very warm. Took nearly a full month to ship with little communication. Finally shopped after filing a dispute with PayPal. Had planned on ordering a second bed, but the market is entirely to competitive right now to wait that long for shipping

Comfortable but shipping/delivery time frame was way too long

The mattress is comfortable. I purchased it to replace my 2 yr old mattress from another manufacturer because of constant pain. I received it almost 5 weeks after ordering it and in hindsight, I would have reconsidered it all together if I would have known it would take so long.
