Very dishonest company

I ordered the top of the line nectar mattress over 1 month ago. They took my money off of my credit card yet still haven't delivered my mattress. They now say that it won't even be picked up from the warehoue for a week. I don't believe the reps on the phone. They claim they are physcially located in the Bay Area at a call center yet they are professionals at delay. They use the word 'unfortunately' and the phrase 'I'm sorry' every single time I call so often that it's meaningless. Don't buy a Nectar if you want one before you die.

I’ve had problems with my neck and back and it turns out I was just sleeping on the wrong bed! It’s so comfortable, I never want to leave my bed! I got two pillows and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Nectar

I wanted to upgrade my mattress and Nectar was the perfect affordable choice. Nectar keeps you cool, and allows for you to change positions without disrupting your partner. It has made sleeping during pregnancy much easier.

My wife and I absolutely live this mattress. This is our second Nectar mattress. Comfortable, durable, and just right for getting a enjoyable night's sleep. I am an extremely satisfied customer.
