Very firm

We have been sleeping on it for a few weeks now. It replaced a horrible mattress that sagged within a year. This mattress is very firm with little give, but its almost too firm. We are going to try to add a topper and see if that helps.

I've had it for a month. Very comfortable. Would've given 5 stars, but still waiting to see how it holds up over time. Very optimistic though.

Less than 30 days - Could be firmer

The customer service is great. I haven't had my mattress for 30-days. So, I'm still settling in. I purchased because of the price and back pain. It's comfortable, but could be firmer to support my back. I'll wait until 30-days after delivery to determine if I need something firmer or a firm accessory to add on top of the mattress.

This is an awesome mattress! I wish I would have bought it sooner. Not to soft and not to hard it took the pressure off of my hips and I can sleep pain free.
