Poor Customer Service

This is our 2nd bed we have purchased. And truly do love the product. However, my college age daughters bed frame broke right after she installed the bed. We had it for several months before the renovations where completed in her apartment. Anyway, the frame is broken and needs to be replace..In order to have it replace I need to get pictures of the failed frame, bed on the floor, and the sewn information in the top of it will the serial numbers. This is crazy. It is just a simple bed frame that needs to be replaced. I would be happy to return the broken one. Poor Customer Service

My new mattress has been great so far, the softness takes getting used to when you are used to a firmer mattress.

I'm still in the trial-phase for a few weeks now, but so far, so good. It definitely took some getting used to at first, but my body as just now adjusted.
