Poor service

About a month ago when purchasing the bed, delivery was set for the end of June. Now at the end of June I check to see the same status it has been all month “waiting to ship “. So I called in and they said it should be shipped any time now (meaning they had no idea what was going on) and it would take another 14-21 business days… i move in Thursday and will have to take my old bed now instead of donating it here because I have no idea if this bed is ever going to show up. Frustrating.

Amazingly Comfortable!

It's quite weird not having springs but it's surprisingly comfortable. I don't like to sleep on my back because of low back problems but this supports my back super well so I might do that more often. I do notice we want fewer blankets so that's either a plus or a minus, depending on who you are. It's not excessively hot but I wouldn't say it sleeps as cool as our old broken down mattress. That's with the added mattress pad and cotton sheets. But did I mention how comfortable this is? I don't regret it.

Mattress never expanded all the way!

The left side of the mattress in-between both corners never expanded. I tried flipping it over for days. I think the foam won't expand because is dry rotted?
