Unfortunately we received a defective

Unfortunately we received a defective mattress, we waited for a month (30 days) to receive our bed. It’s was so defective we could not even sleep in it. That is not what upset my husband and I, it has been now almost two months since we originally ordered the bed and we are yet waiting to receive a new mattress. You would think since we have paid and already received one which we cannot use, that we would be a little bit of a higher priority. I would have thought a new one should ship within a week or two max. We are very disappointed and are currently without a bed entirely. I have expressed this to customer service but only get told that they don’t know when one will ship. July will be two months now with no bed and our mattress will most likely be potentially another 3 weeks.

Goodbye pain!

My husband has had neck and back pain since we met 4 years ago. We've had our nectar mattress for about a month now and he has never felt better. His neck and back pain are non-existent now and I enjoy sleeping on our new mattress, too! Plan to give your body time to adjust if you've never slept on a foam mattress. Once you adjust, you'll be glad you made the switch! :grin:
