Damaged bed frame

The the metal was bent on the side rail I had to bend it back with a pliers just to get it to fit together wasn't willing to send it back Isaac came so early prior to the mattress two weeks early in the mattress came and then after waiting two days for the mattress to blow up I just wanted to sleep on the new mattress I hope it doesn't fall apart as my 78 year old disabled mother is sleeping on it by the way I tried to add pictures of the damage big surprise keeps telling me that my format is invalid I'm not dealing with this

The size is good, but I find my back still hurts, it is too warm, and a bit too soft for me. Also it took more than a month to arrive. Not sure if I will keep it.

This mattress changed my wife's whole life. She used to wake up with terrible back pain and now she wakes up with a spring in her step. The mattress is incredible!
