Mattress has no chance of working for me, not great for heavy ppl. Still making me wait 30days

Against my better judgment I ordered this mattress, an all-foam mattress, because of reviews saying good for heavier people. I guess definitions of heavy differ. I am 6'5 350lbs, think strongman type of physique so a lot of weight relatively concentrated area. I sink halfway in, like being sucked into it. It is entirely too soft and because I sink into it more surface area of my skin touching the mattress. Being a hot sleeper, this makes it way worse.
I knew I was taking a risk as I felt I wanted something a little softer than my currently very firm mattress, but this is completely unacceptable. Adding to my frustration they are making me wait the entire 30 day "trial period" before I can send it back. I get that it is different so may getting used to for many ppl, but this it will absolutely not work for me so it is frustrating just having the mattress sit around as i have already switched back and am looking for a new one.

Best purchase EVER!!!!!

I am in severe back pain always as I need surgery, my husband bought me a new mattress 3 months ago and I was in constant pain and had to sleep in our recliner to be able to sleep. I found out about Nectar and read all the positive reviews so we thought about it for a month and decided to make the purchase. Once it arrived my husband stated he probably would not get a good night sleep on this!!!! After a week we are both extremely happy with the purchase and we both are in NO PAIN in the morning. Best decision ever along with a great mattress that puts you to sleep!!!

The mattress that was delivered on 06/18/2021 is lumpy and does not fill out the mattress sack that is zipped around it.

Not a bad bed

If folks are looking for what I personally consider a firm
bed I highly recommend. I used to sleep on a very firm bed and loved it.
But since those times I've got very bad hip and back & leg problems, and it's just too much on the form side for me and my husband..
We have had problems with sagging in the bed as well.
We are not large or overweight people.
We are currently working with Nectar on replacement beds, and I will update this review after having the replacement for a fair period of time.
In the beginning we did have a issue with contacting them and trying to get our point across but we were
able to reach someone much more professional and helpful in our situation. So if you do call and have a bad experience give it time and call back to try and get someone else. We almost gave up and threw it on the curb but we gave it another shot and like I said above we are expecting a new bed setup!!
But if you are looking for a soft cushy mattress
this might not be for you. A medium/firm is a very accurate on the description. I've gotten used to it and find comfort each night.

I've been sleeping on my Nectar mattress 3 weeks now. I had to wait FOREVER for it. Did not like that. It's comfortable but I am not sure it is worth the money I paid for it. The other night I slept on my friends air mattress and I got a better nights sleep.
