Great mattress, horrible service

Once I received my mattress, I love it. However, the process to get the mattress was less than desirable. it took a 7-8 weeks to receive the mattress. when I would call customer service, nobody could give me an answer on the time frame or where it was. the initial bedframe/foundation sent to me was missing the parts to put together, and was completely wrong for the mattress that I bought. Then, they could not expedite the shipping for the correct frame/foundation. I received the frame/foundation several days after the mattress was delivered. I ordered all of this at the beginning of May 2021 in order to get delivered by my move in date, Nectar inability to fill the order, ship it in a reasonable time frame and then be able to communicate and correct issues left me sleeping on the floor for several weeks. the entire experience was disappointing.

King size sleep.

A year after getting my teenage son a Nectar I got one for us. To test it out I took naps on his bed and loved it. In fact I liked the bed pillow combo so much I got the same system for me and my wife.

Too soft

I was expecting the mattress to be firmer. The last one i bought is much firmer. Maybe it has something to do with the difference in size. I'm still going to give it a chance. Haven't reached the point of wanting to go through the hassle of a return.

So we purchased this mattress to replace our old sinking mattress with the hopes that it would relieve some back pain and help us sleep a little better at night. While it initially felt good when we laid on it, waking up was still painful and we slept less then on our old mattress. It has been over a month and unfortunately nothing has really changed. We’ll give it a little bit longer with hope that we just need a adjust to it more.

Sleeping great! Old mattress memory foam developed a permanent sunken hole memory!
So far the Nectar memory foam recovers, and a new memory is being made each night.

It's been a great mattress. It's only been a couple weeks and I'm sleeping better than I have in a long time. I wake up feeling like I slept well.
