Mattress arrived in a box

Mattress arrived in a box that was manageable by a single person. I placed it in the bedroom until the rest of the bed components arrived. Once everything was available I worked with my daughter and son-in-law to unpackage the unit. It took about one half of an hour to open the box, unwrap the mattress and place it on the assembled bed. in another hour or so I had the sheets, mattress topper and bed spread on the unit and was ready for nightly usage. Very quick and relatively easy. Very comfortable !!!!

Nectar Matress 1st Week Review

The unboxing proved to be disappointing. The wrapping looked “hodgepodge”, almost as if it was unwrapped partially then re-wrapped.
When my bed was finally on my box spring and fully “inflated” (after 48 hours) the bottom four corners were rounded, not square like in your pictures. I would describe it as “boat like”.
There was also a stain on the bottom side.
I am still getting used to the sleep feel as I bought the bed because of back and sciatic problems. The jury is still out on that, but I will definitely give it a month or so to really give it a chance.
The bed took over six weeks to arrive and that seemed excessive. On the bright side, your customer service person, Kimberly C, did an excellent job keeping me appraised of the processing.

Great mattress

Super convenient that it comes in a box & it did not take long to restore its normal shape. It is slightly firmer than the temperpedic we had but still very comfortable. Not sure how well the “cooling” part of it works though since once you put a sheet on it that defeats the breathable purpose.

Ok Mattress

Bought a king size and it’s been two weeks of sleeping on it. I have to say I have yet to get a solid night’s sleep. It’s comfortable enough to fall quickly asleep, but I wake up every few hours needing to adjust from side to side. This mattress has been hard on the hips! It doesn’t seem to help with the hip pressure points. The pillows are fairly comfortable and seem to be like any other pillows of the same type. Nothing crazy special about the mattress or pillows hence the average 3 star review.
