Love this mattress!

I bought the mattress to replace my son’s traditional spring mattress, which he was constantly complaining about. He is 19, and he usually doesn’t complain about much. He LOVES it! He says it’s the best night’s sleep ever!

Side sinks too much

I think this mattress is ok. I don’t like the side sinks down getting out of it. In my opinion I think it’s way over priced as it doesn’t offer anything different than cheaper competitors. I’m debating on returning it.

Comfortable but not for me

I had high hopes for this mattress after doing a lot of research and reading other reviews. While the mattress itself is very comfortable and feels like it provides adequate support for my side and stomach sleeping, it has caused me to wake up every morning with a sore back. I never encountered any back aches or soreness with my old mattress and am now wishing that I hadn't made the switch. My wife is content with the Nectar but it doesn't work for me.

customer service is on your side

I had a few issues upon delivery, but the customer service was absolutely splendid. My mattress+ equipment was ripped and missing some items (hey, it happens!) and they sent a replacement over pretty quickly. it was a bit of a hassle to verify the items, but understandable. The items got to me quickly and I am all set up now. It is a bit softer than I anticipated, I am still trying to work out the kinks if it's me or if it's the bed why I have been waking up so tired. Plus the mattress and sheets run hot, so please be ready to use your ac and fan if you're a hot sleeper like me. None of these are negatives, just my opinions on my experience. Happy sleeping everyone!
