Comfy but extremely warm

The mattress is very comfortable in regards to pressure points, but it retains heat which makes it too warm for temperature comfort.

After I ordered this mattress it was a nightmare getting it , partially due to Covid, the frame i ordered took so long I finally ended up cancelling it. After a year of sleeping on it, I had too many nights were i was waking up soaking wet, the bed is extremely hot, that's were my nightmare starts...returning this product is was the single most frustrating item I have EVER returned in my life. Getting ahold of Nectar for returns ridicules, and I waited sometimes 30 minutes on hold to get someone to help. Once I got someone , they seemed sympathetic and caring, then a week would go by with no refund on my credit card, and the mattress still sitting waiting to be picked up by the company Nectar designated to pick it up. That happened 3 times, then i would call again , wait 30 minutes for help and another promising broken as the mattress sat in my house for almost 1 month before it was finally taken care of. Horrible experience on the return end. So I won't recommend any company that treats its customers so poorly. Never again !!!

Very skeptical

No bed has ever really worked for me. Nectar has reached beyond what I thought it could. I still have issues with sleeping on my sides, but I think that could be more of a surgery issue not a bed issue. I am so very pleased that I am not waking up and getting out of bed because I’m too sore to stay in bed! Thank you Nectar Sleep !!!

Like the mattress, Hated the long wait!

It took us over a month to get our mattress. First our accessories arrived after about 2 weeks, then the frame a little while later and the mattress 2 weeks after. The shipping updates were poorly communicated, and overall slow process.
Mattress is good quality. Frame is impressive.
The bedding- sheets, etc. are so silky.Love those. Pillows need more give, but still nice.
If speed of delivery/communications was better, would be 4.5 stars. Overall, VERY good value!
