Mattress too soft

Customer service has been great, but mattress is too soft. They sent a firmer topper that wasn’t in the best condition. I think I will return both.

I’m actually having dreams again

I finally gave in and bought myself a new mattress. I love it so far! I also bought the linen head board and frame. The bed is wonderfully constructed. You can get in and out of it without bothering who may be next to you which in my case is my dog . The only thing I wish was that it was a few inches higher from the floor and that the head board was taller. I’ve had the bed for almost a month. I find myself trying to get into bed at early hours:grin: I say to every one that I need to get home to my nectar!

Nectar or Temperpedic?

I like the mattress, don’t love it. It’s extremely heavy. It’s comfortable enough and I upgraded from a temperapedic, but I thought there would be a huge difference. There isn’t. It’s good quality though.

Amazing mattress with shipping issue

This mattress is amazingly comfortable. I have no qualms with any of the product I received (pillows, sheets, bed frame and headboard, mattress protector, weighted blanket, and especially the mattress.) The products are amazing, and you will love them. The only issue I had was with the shipping time of my mattress. I ordered a king size mattress before a move to a new place, they gave me an estimated shipping date that was completely reasonable, didn't mind sleeping on a couch for a bit. Everything in my order shipped perfectly, if not earlier, except the mattress. The estimated shipping date changed at least 3 times on it before I called customer service who told me to wait another 3-5 days for a tracking number. Coincidentally, I got one that night after the call, with the estimated delivery postponed another 2 times. My roommate ordered a queen size nectar bed about 2 weeks after I placed my order and got his about a week before mine arrived. When my mattress did arrive the packaging was beat up, a handle was taped over, and the bottom was almost completely ripped open. Luckily they surrounded the mattress in about 50 pounds of industrial cling film so everything was fine. Every issue aside, I write this as a "heads up" of what may happen. Don't let it deter you from getting one of these, because they are absolute quality when you finally get them. Lying on my nectar mattress is something I look forward to.
