Takes getting use to

This is actually the best bed I’ve ever slept on. I’m thin...and even though the bed is firm it also feels soft. My only need is a body pillow. As of now, I have one of my pillows under my legs so I won’t feel so flat. This is a great bed. I got two of my friends to buy one. They can’t wait for it to show up.

Good mattress horrible service

Only have been able to sleep on the mattress for a few nights and so far it seems good, but trying to get the mattress was so frustrating I probably won’t ever use this company again. Shipping for the “in-stock” item took over a month and communication was horrible. Every week shipping date would just push out another week and I would be told they are working on it.

Nectar (Not Forever Warranty)

Slept good but I have had the bed for only 8 months, I am not a huge person and the edges are wearing down and bed dents in to much. As far as the so called "Forever Warranty" goes....there isn't one, I let the rep know about how the bes is wearing and also when i lifted my mattress up there was a discoloration on the bottom of the cover and mattress, no honoring any forever warranty whatsoever, rep said they would replace the cover and that is supposed to help with the bed wearing?? Very Unsatisfied Customer....just be aware of that forever warranty that doesn't even exist, not even after 8 months.

We have had our Nectar for about 20 days. It is a little too fair for me. My wife said it is ok for her. I am hoping it gets better for me.
