Disastrous Customer Experience

I gave your company a 1 star only because there were no options for zero.
I have shared multiple emails about the breakdown in communication that I experienced. And the reoccurring lack of effort by Nectar. As well as the lack of transparency about the processing of orders.
I'm really not sure how Nectar can continue to compete in the very crowded "bed in a box" space with the current customer experience proposition being offered. You can only transfer blame to third party vendors so often without having your credibility impacted.
I ordered from your competitor and had a fulfilling customer experience. No issues with delivery. They delivered the product on time and without issue. Unlike Nectar, they blamed no one.
In closing, I'll never use, promote, or refer Nectar.

I'm getting a more restful sleep. It's so comfortable. I don't sweat as much at night, still get hot but no where near as bad as I used to.

I was initially very skeptical of a mattress arriving rolled up in a box. I worried that it would be flimsy. I've had my mattress about a month and I absolutely love it. I've been sleeping well since the first night.
