Still no bed nor answers.

Its been a month since we have purchased our mattress. Initially we received the email that our bed was being shipped only to find out that it was lost. Now its been 2 weeks and our replacement mattress since hasnt been shipped. Although the company reps have been very apologetic, no one seems to have an answer. Why is it so hard to get another bed on a truck and delivered to us? All we keep getting is the excuse that the re order has been put in however there seems to be movement nor info on the new bed. This is extremely disappointing not only because we still have no bed but we could have went with another bed in the box company and we apparently made the wrong decision. Perhaps if we do ever get our bed i may write a different review of the product but as of now i absolutely do not recommend this company. They seem to have no handle on their products once they get your credit card payment.

This mattress is wonderful. So comfortable and easy to get in and out of bed. So much better than the old mattress with coils. So glad we got it!!

Great for back and side sleepers without greedy dogs

The mattress is extremely comfortable, especially on back and side. Not great on the stomach. Easy to sleep with someone else because the foam doesn't not transfer movement if someone is tossing and turning. The foam works best when you're more than 6-8 inches from the edge of the bed. If you have a dog that pushes you to the edge, this may be tough.

This bed is very comfortable. I have always slept on my side because sleeping on my back would hurt. With this mattress, I can sleep on my back and it doesn't hurt.

My husband and I upgraded from the bed we have had for 20 years. The nectar was a bit firm for him but they sent us a mattress topper and now it's perfect.

Nectar Bed Frame Inferior Product

We purchased the king size mattress and bed frame 6 months ago. So far, we are okay with the mattress, but the side rail (support and slats) has already broken. It is now obvious that the bed frame was made from inferior products and the design isn't structurally sound. Upon contacting customer service we were told a return was not an option. Our only option was to submit photos for replacement parts. When asked what would happen if and when it broke again they said we'd just follow the same process. So now we're stuck with a bed frame that we'll likely have to order replacement parts for every 6 months. Not a happy customer.
