I love my mattress

We have two twin X! Beds combined to make a split king. I was experiencing pain in my shoulders, neck and back from our old mattresses. We purchased two nectar Twin XL mattresses. I LOVE mine, my husband preferred a different type of mattress, not memory foam. We returned his which was exceptionally easy. We are both happy now! I would have loved to keep both but it just didn’t work out.

Great mattress!

My partner and I spent a few months debating which mattress we wanted to get. Our previous mattress was just too small for two adults so we wanted to upgrade to something larger, and something that won’t wake us up throughout the night with back pain. After MUCH deliberation, we decided to go all out and get the Nectar Lush California King, and it was one of the best purchases we’ve ever made. We’ve been sleeping WAY better than we thought we ever could, our back pain stopped, and I just wake up feeling all around generally better! It’s a little scary buying something sight unseen or tested personally, so we were worried at first when we were awaiting its arrival, but I’m so happy that it works the way it does. My partner is a nurse and works overnight, so having a not-so-great mattress to sleep on when coming home at 7:30AM isn’t fun. Since we started sleeping on the Lush, he actually gets enough sleep to go to work not feeling like garbage that evening. Ever since we’ve been sleeping on it, it’s the mattress I recommend to everyone I know who’s in the market. Every review we’ve ever read said that it’s perfect for all sleepers - side, back, stomach, etc. and they were right! We’re also pretty warm/hot sleepers, and we never wake up overheated anymore. The comforter we ordered was also perfect, and extremely comfortable. I’m just glad I found this mattress. We will be return customers for when we start having children and when we’re ready for a new sleeper.

I like the firmness of the bed. However, I feel like the side I sleep on is already becoming softer than the other side.

Terrible service, shipping and communication

Absolutely terrible. First, 2 weeks went by after I ordered the mattress with zero communications from the company. Then one day I was notified that I’m special and will be getting the new and improved model. Not cool - I didn’t purchase the new improved model. I haven’t sat on the new model. I don’t know anything about the new model. And FINALLY I get shipping details with a date of delivery for April 26. That was yesterday and I STILL HAVE NO BED. I will never buy here again. Nor will I recommend to anyone.

The best sleep I’ve ever gotten!

I was skeptical at first, but I’ve never had better sleep! I wake up feeling so rested and my soreness has cut back a lot. I’ve recommended this mattress to all my friends and family :)

returns are a joke

The matress itself was OK I guess. The issue it was the 365 day lie they tell you. If you do not jump through their hoops AND keep your matress in prisine shape they will not refund your money. It doesn't matter that you dont even return it just donate it it has to be pristine. So maybe get a cover that seals the matress or just dont even take iut out of the bag just imagine what its like to sleep on it? because if you really do sleep on it then no refund for you. I had it professonal;ly cleaned 2 times and had to take 15+ pictures just to be told no you dont get a refund our 365 day trial was a big ole lie sorry...

And upgrade from a box spring queen, this king lush mattress was a game changer. Plenty of cushion but still extremely supportive. The customer service was excellent as well. Looking forward to many more nights with this mattress.
