Terrible with delivery

I ordered my mattress over a month ago and it still says pending shipment. I suffer from severe insomnia and part of the reason is the current mattress im on. Had I known I was going to have to suffer through this for this much longer while waiting for my mattress I would have never ordered through them

Maybe I just got unlucky

So far I have gone through 3 different nectar mattresses and none of them have expanded right and are too uncomfortably soft to the point where they make my back hurt horribly like even worse than my old spring mattress. My partners mattress however is fine and way different. I've given up trying to deal with nectar about it I don't know If they changed the way they make them or what all I know is after 3 "defective" mattresses I'm definitely going to look somewhere else

Comfortable & Affordable

The mattress is comfortable and "dense", you cannot feel any movement of others on the bed. We purchased a queen and a twin xl and put them together with adjustable bases for both. This allowed us independent operation of the each side of the bed and enough room for our two large dogs.

Back pain

I thought this bed is comfy. Now me and my husband are having back pain even more every morning when we wake up. Our body feels heavy tho were very fit couple. Mattress is too hard.

Not made for heavy people

Still in our first few months using this mattress. I have literally fallen off the bed three times. This has not happened to me in my whole adult life. The edges are not firm. My husband and I are both heavy people and this mattress just does not seem to give either of us enough support. We do wake up with backaches. We are both side-sleepers. Still not sure that this mattress will work long-term. Nectar has a great policy for return and we are trying to make it work.

Shipping time is misrepresented on the Website

Ordered this King size mattress to replace a Queen size Puffy mattress, that we loved by the way. We just wanted something bigger. Relocated the Puffy to another room in the house.
The mattress took a month to arrive from the date of purchase. The website said it would arrive in 4-7 business days. I would have ordered from Puffy instead had I known it would take so long. We had guests who we had planned on having a week after the supposed 4-7 days. They ended up sleeping on an air mattress instead of our old Puffy as we had planned. Not the end of the world, but not the impression we wanted to give off with our guests either.
The customer service throughout the ordeal was subpar. Nobody could give me a firm answer as to why it was delayed, or when we could expect it to ship. It was very frustrating.
The mattress itself is ok. Not quite as firm as the Puffy brand we've enjoyed the last couple of years. We will continue to try it out and decide later if we will keep it or not.
