We have complained since the first week and just keep being told to give it more time. We now have appointments for chiropractors due to shoulder and hip problems and have never had to go to one. This was advertised for side sleepers and does not work for my wife and I who are both side sleepers. We now sleep on the couch until we can resolve.

First night I slept with the new mattress, sheets and pillows. I was always a hot sleeper and I could never get comfortable. I woke up this morning thinking I overslept because that's how well I finally slept!
