BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY

These beds are a pretty penny for what you get don’t be fooled by the free product. I ordered this mattress it took a MONTH to get here and now that is here we unwrap it let it sit a few days and find that its defective!! The middle of the mattress has not fluffed up AT ALL. It seems to be the thing was snapped in half. The middle of the bed has a permanent crease in it that has not gone away. Customer support said to roll on it to loosen it:rofl::rofl: I wish I could post pictures on here! I honestly don’t know how there are not more bad reviews, the ones on the website must be filtered out or FAKE!! Horrible experience!!! DO NOT BUY! Our old mattress is literally on the living room floor and we had to wait the 72 hours and then probably wait another month to get another one!!! Horrid company.

Nectar mattress

No one has said anything about the odor. It has a very strong odor just wondering how long that will last. The bundle pack that you get is great except the sheets have brown stains on them. Can’t use them on the bed. I purchased at the store and had to wait 2 weeks to get the bundle pack. So this is why only 3 stars. I haven’t slept on it yet either just put it all together. If the smell doesn’t fade in the next week or so it will be going back to the store

So far it’s a fine mattress

But I should have read about the time it takes for them to send it. They say something like 5-7 days to ship on the site, but it took 3.5 weeks to ship. This isn’t an isolated situation, since I found many others who have dealt with this by a simple google search. If I would have checked beforehand I would have gone with another mattress company.

I'm around 230 and so is she. We couldn't wait to use this. We had two older beds that we would have to switch back and forth because of pain. We didn't have to get used to this mattress. Night 1 was amazing. Subsequent nights as well. I don't sleep on my back anymore. Back to side sleeping. I can sleep for 8 hrs plus with no pain. Best mattress I've ever bought.

I work 10 hour shifts in a warehouse, end of the day my body hurts. I’ve gone through all sorts of mattresses and ever since I got my nectar I’ve actually been waking up feeling refreshed. The issue is I don’t wanna get out of bed!
