Too firm for us

Good quality, fast shipping, easy to move and set up, but-- far to firm for me and my s.o. like multiple visits to a chiropractor. I am 30 but have a chronic joint pain problem so I'm used to soreness but Its kicked my butt. I wish I would have tested one in person. But, pandemic :woman-shrugging:

Rocks

1 Ultra plush King and 2 queen mattresses.
All of them are rocks and the pillows they come with.
Received a topper of foam free for all mattresses when called to return them.
I tried them and was again really disappointed.
I really wanted to like them they look great but are way to hard even their ultra plush.
Way to stiff not at all what I expected.

The sheets and pillow are terrible.

I have had my mattress for about a month. I haven't decided if I'm going to keep it yet, but probably not. I have a hard time falling asleep with it. However, when I finally do fall asleep, I sleep pretty hard and wake up refreshed.
The pillows and sheets however only recently arrived and I put them on 2 days ago. The sheets are not good. They're cheap feeling and noisy. The pillow is hurting my neck. It's too firm for my taste and it's impossible to get comfortable with it.
I am writing this at a little after 3 am after struggling to fall asleep for hours.
