Disappointed

I bought this mattress few weeks ago. Couple things wrong...first, it never completely unrolled from packaging. The corner of the mattress looks like it didn’t totally decompress and that is missing foamand I let it decompress on the ground for a day longer than recommended. Second, it's painfully soft. Every morning I wake up with hip pain. In some parts if I sit in the edge it completely goes down to the base.

2nd mattress corners will not expand

Ordered a king and queen mattress. King opened up great. The queen mattress didn’t open correctly, contacted customer service and they sent another mattress. It’s been two months, and the corners of the new mattress still won’t open to the full 11 inches. King mattress was excellent, queen mattress is a complete fail.

Worst mattress I've ever slept on

I started off thinking this was going to be a good mattress by everything that's set about it come to find out that is the worst mattress I've ever slept on. When I lay on it my butt goes down my head goes up and my feet goes up. I call nectar and they tell me I can't do anything for 30 days. I could tell from the beginning the mattress wasn't going to work for but I gave it 21 days. Obviously nectar does not care about the pain I am in they tell me I have to wait another 10 days before I can do anything about it. Now mind you it says that you can refund it anytime within 365 days that is a lie. After all the good reviews I read on this mattress it's really a disappointment the way it ended up being. And the company itself was even a bigger disappointment in the way they treated me. I would not suggest this company to anybody. Unless you're looking for the worst nice sleep ever.

I can finally sleep on my side again!

My Nectar mattress has proven to be firm enough for my troubled shoulders to feel supported with no rounding, but not so firm that it's like sleeping on a board. I'm also able to sleep on my side for some time with no pain, which I haven't had in years. I worry about how long the mattress will last in general as I'm already creating a slight indent where I lay most frequently, but I'm staying positive that I'll get a few good years out of it.

This was great for me for the first few months, very soon after, it started to wear down in the spot I normally sleep in- it’s very uncomfortable now. This was never Comfortable for my husband. We purchased in 2020 and are already looking for a new mattress. I wish I would have returned it within the return window.

Horrible Experience!!

I do not understand what all the hype is about. I purchased the King Premier Copper mattress and adjustable frame. First of all, the remotes do not stay paired to the split king base. The mattress is not cooling and I have been waking up in so much pain and cannot sleep because of the discomfort. Nectar refuses to process the return unless it is over 30 days. Pretty much I have to suffer and go without sleep. I do not recommend this mattress or this company.
