I Am No Longer A Fan of Nectar

Originally I was quite pleased with the comfort level and feel of my Twin Memory Foam mattress. I still like my mattress after over a year however the Foundation Platform is another issue entirely. The other night my platform started caving in as the bolts securing it came loose and the metal support side beams started to bend and buckle. I tried adjusting the foundation but the slats would no longer hold as the frame was bent. I went to Nectar online and chatted with a rep. who told me I needed to submit pictures of the damage as well as a a picture of a tag that was supposed to be there on the frame. After half a dozen back and forth's there seemed to be a problem getting my situation addressed because there is no tag on the foundation. Finally I found a tad identifying the mattress on the flip side, took a photo and emailed it in. Apparently this wasn't good enough for them to address the problem. I stated I was only looking for a replacement not a refund or upgrade, all to no avail. Doesn't this company keep a record of what was shipped to who and when (they do have it on their database of orders as I later found). Shouldn't this along with photos suffice to get my problem addressed. There is no reason they cannot send me a replacement. They are using the excuse that they need the tag from the frame. Do their Chinese frame builders require this to okay and order of this poorly made item ? .... I am not going to do any further business with Nectar as I feel they do not back up their products. PS. I weigh 145 pounds and am not particularly rough on the bed.

Haven't slept this well in

Haven't slept this well in a while - bought the mattress for a guest bed (twin) and gave it a try for a week. Now planning to buy a king size for our regular bed as soon as we are due for a new mattress. It seems perfect for anyone who prefers sleeping on their side or back.

This mattress is extremely uncomfortable.

This mattress is extremely uncomfortable. It's so soft that two people cannot sleep on it together unless you both want to sink into the middle squished onto each other. We tried it for 4 days and had enough. I was in such severe pain physically (fibromyalgia) and didn't get any sleep. Once I put back on my old mattress I slept like a baby. I don't recommend this bed to anyone over 100lb.
