Worst mattress quality ever

We bought 4 mattresses and 3 were damaged and the replacement was also damaged. Very poor quality control . Copper mattress won’t puff. Replacement won’t puff . Sucks big time . Do not buy this brand !!! I got 4 for us and kids and just one was good .

Do not buy horrible back and neck pain

I'll start by saying the first few months we had this mattress it was fine then after about the third month our backs are hurting really bad. Now that we've had it just barley over a year we've had to replace the bed frame three times now through nectar... The mattress is already sagging and they say it's normal but clearly it shouldn't be sagging like this. Everyday we wake up with either a migraine or back pain so bad that we can barely move. Not to mention we wake up covered in sweat this is was a never a thing till this bed... The washable cover if you wash it it turns orange and shrinks or rips. We highly do not recommend this bed to anybody who is wanting a new bed. Save yourself the back pain in trouble.

Neck and Back Pain

I purchased the Nectar Premium in October 2021. The mattress was great until about a month or so ago. The mattress is causing severe neck and back pain. I am an average build 25 Y/O male.

It’s good mattress but it’s not soft enough for me. I was told to wait a month and let my body adjust and hear we are! My wife love it but I’m a side sleeper and athletically larger I need more support
