Please Stay Away

I would give it a zero star if I can. We brought the mattress from a retailer and Nectar is refusing to honor the 365 days trail and return policy based on where we brought it from. I find it astounding that a manufacture is refusing to honor the policy based on where the product is brought. The mattress is defective and all covers are bend inwards. I paid over 2K and the support and help I am getting from customer service is unbelievable. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Very nice! I have given a 4-star because i previously had and used the queen size mattress and there is a bit more firmness to this mattress than that. That difference made the transition a bit off

Lumpy doesn’t hold shape i have to flip it ever night to not sink into the holes. 2 years old mattress and it’s completely unsleepanlble now.

Very disappointed

I got a mattress two years ago and it came perfectly. It expanded very well, the pillows worked good, and the blankets were high quality. Unfortunately, i decided got a new one for another room and the experience was totally different. First I received a mattress that didn’t expand well never. I wait like a week, then I call and they send me a new one and they said they were going to pick the one that didn’t work up but never happened. The second mattress worked but the pillows barely expanded, never like the ones I got two years ago. And the blankets far from having the quality of the ones I bought two years ago. Very sad and frustrated.
