Decent mattress, can't complain. Better

Decent mattress, can't complain. Better than most. Not some magic holly grail of bed that will fix all your problems but does a great job at what it does.

Wearing out after 2 years

I weigh 145lbs. After 2 years my hips are starting hurt as if the mattress is wearing out. I had a Tempur-pedic for 10 years before this starting happening.

The good, the bad and the

We ordered the copper premium. After a couple of days, I was fine, my husband was miserable after the first night. Every time he sat on the side of the bed, he slid right off the bed. Customer service suggested we: Try their sister company, tell hubby to sit further back on bed and lastly try a topper. Looked at sister company, I didn’t see a better option, my husband is 6ft tall, he sat as far back as he could, still slid off bed, try a topper? No, just come get this mattress.
You must have mattress for 30 nights, okay, waited, still have to run thru a barrage of questions before returning. Didn’t work for us , maybe it’ll work for you. After 30 days, my back started hurting.

The Nectar mattress is really great. I had problems with my back, but since I’ve been sleeping on the Nectar my back has been good. No problems!

Not pleased with it.

This was my first new bed in 20 years. Since I was moving I asked my husband to get a new bed and he pick this one out. So anyway since this had the one-year test, we gave it a try, and to be honest, I am not pleased with it. At first, it was fine, but as time went on it started to not be very comfortable I am a back sleeper and put my feet up so when my husband suggested that we try a memory foam bed I thought why not. I should have thought about longer about it. Very hard to get in and out of now as well.

Affordable and excellent comfort

Long term tempur pedic owner. We needed a replacement and I was skeptical with the costs of this mattress being so reasonable. I decided to try it, best decision we love it more than our tempur pedic!!! Our mattress had some damage from shipping and they replaced it and we had a perfect mattress within a few days. No hassle at all with warranty claim. Hands down best mattress and at a great price delivered to your door.

Unpleasant odor

6 weeks ago I took the mattress out of the box and let it sit by itself for 1 week and with an open window some days. I put it on my frame and covered it with sheets. It still has an unpleasant odor. The mattress is comfortable but my night clothes pick up the odor.
