It was firm and cloudy-like

It was firm and cloudy-like for the first week. However, the mattress already has my shape in the middle. It’s comfortable but is not as firm as it was on the first week. Please note I’ve only had it for a month

Bed was easy to transport 1800 miles and expanded quickly once released from the box. It’s super comfortable and has perfect balance of firmness with softness.

Very Disappointed- BEWARE

BEWARE I bought my nectar mattress. It was delivered promptly. Then while opening I noticed my mattress had a rip in it. I called, called again. No one helped me. I was offered some cheap white sheets. I was disappointed with the treatment you receive after your purchase. This company does not have good service. After you pay. You would think a ripped mattress would be replaced. They said it was nothing they could do… very disappointed.
