Comfortable mattress

I have many back issues and this mattress has alleviated a lot of pain I used to have during the night. Also, I don't disturb my husband when moving around at night.

Mattress sagging and contains fiberglass!!!

Don’t believe the hype on this mattress! It comes with a guarantee where you can never prove that your mattress needs to be replaced. It also contains fiberglass and has been part of a lawsuit. It is all just advertising and branding and marketing. This mattress was nice for the first six months then it started getting softer and softer and now it’s really uncomfortable and saggy. But because I can’t take impressive enough photos to show them how badly it sucks they will not honor the warranty. And the fact that it has fiberglass is dangerous and terrible!

I have never slept this well. I hope it continues. I was normally a 5 - 6 hours night sleeper. This has me at about 8 and I couldn't be happier. I hope it lasts.

I want to update a previous review I posted when I was very very unhappy with Nectar customer service. They read my review and promptly took action. So reviews matter! In the past week they have contacted me and are sending 2 new mattresses to me to replace ours which did not inflate properly. I want to thank Izzy for all her help!! We love their mattresses, have bought several now and normally customer service has been great. Not sure this time why it took a while to get to the right decision makers, but Nectar customer service has redeemed themselves! Thank you!!!
