The top layer is soft

The top layer is soft but the core is reasonably firm. I love its cooling feature as well.

This was not our first Nectar purchase nor will it be our last. These are the best mattresses we've ever slept on. I can't imagine anyone ever being disappointed buying a Nectar mattress.

I was never a hot sleeper until I bought the Nectar mattress. Now I wake up every other night drenched in sweat. The construction of the mattress does not allow heat to dissipate. My purchase also came with a mattress protector, probably because the company knew how much it would cause heat.

Felt good at first but wow, I'm in pain

This mattress felt amazing when I first got it in Jan 2021, but I wish I could return it. My hips, shoulders, and now *NEW* lower back pain is unbearable. I'm already shopping for a new mattress and I've only had this for 1.5 years. Very bummed out and disappointed.

Super easy to transport!

So far a great bed. Incredibly easy to transport (especially when still boxed). Bought it for a move and it took up minimal space and was very easy to lift and assemble all by myself. Very happy with sleeping comfort so far!
