Love My Nectar Bed!

Bought my Nectar mattress in April 2021 and one year later I still love it! I struggle with sleep due to back pain and this mattress has helped tremendously. Love it so much I just bought my 17 year old son a mattress last month - he loves it too!

This bed is great. I did not want a memory foam mattress but ultimately ended up getting this one and I don't think I will ever buy a different brand mattress.

Horrible for my back

I have lower back pain. So the mattress i sleep on is extra important for me. I was looking for adjustable beds, because i was contemplating having a back surgery. So i thought the adjustable bed would be great for the recovery after surgery. Someone recommended Nectar. I've read the reviews and decided to buy the mattress with the adjustable frame. This bed went into the guest room. I slept on it for a week or so, to try it out and loved it. After that try-out week, i returned to our normal bed. That is until a few months later, when we got a large dog and i was not comfortable anymore. So, off i went to the guest room. After a few weeks my back and hips started to hurt more than ever. I thought maybe it's too hard, so i got a plush mattress cover. A little better, after a couple weeks, pain again. So i went and got a 2 inch mattress topper. By this time the 1 year was up of course... after a couple of weeks the pain was really bad. Like couldn't stand up straight or wash my face with two hands. I needed 1 hand to support myself. I realized the mattress topper made it even worse. So took that off, was ok for a couple of weeks or so but it was getting very uncomfortable again. Basically this memory foam mattress was a nightmare for me. I was sinking in it. Tossing and turning all night long.
I cannot recommend this mattress to anyone with back problems.
I really wanted to love this mattress, i gave it so many chances. Today i ordered a nice firm innerspring mattress. Can't wait for it to arrive. I will gift this to someone with warnings.

It’s been about a month and the mattress already has lost some of its shape and firmness. We followed the instructions and let it expand for several hours. The middle of the mattress sinks in. It’s not very comfortable anymore. I’m extremely disappointed.

I love our matress! It forms to the body perfectly no matter if I'm on my back, side, or even stomach. Very happy with our pruchase!

Too firm

I’m still in a trial period. Giving it another month. It’s a bit too firm for me and my hip is sore by morning.
