Deceptive 365 Night Home Trial

I am so disappointed. We were reluctant to spend a couple thousand dollars on a bed we couldn’t try first but we ordered a split king adjustable bed (2 bases, 2 mattresses) because of the 365 no questions asked full refund home trial. Firstly, our bed was months late getting delivered. When it did get here it wasn’t comfortable. When I inquired about returning it I was asked to try it for at least 6 months through different seasons to see if we settled into it and I was assured if we didn’t change our minds we had up to 365 for the in home trial and would be eligible for a full refund. When I tried to return the bed I was told only the $599 for each mattresses would be refunded; but that the adjustable bases ($699 each) would not be eligible for return because they needed to be returned in the first 50 days. We didn’t even get delivery within 50 days of ordering! We ordered a bed. The 365 day trail clearly says “your Nectar” nowhere does it clearly state “limited to mattress only” on the home trial page or that bases are limited to a 50 day return. You have to go to the bottom of the base page to see the 50 night caveat and I sure don’t remember seeing the notation when we originally ordered… The whole thing feels VERY disingenuous if not dishonest.

I bought the queen size for my son. He’s very happy with it. I will order another one for my daughter. Since my son is very young, the pillow is a bit firm for him but it fits perfectly for my old friend.
I did research several brands before I bought Nectar. Some might be cheaper but the term “you get what you pay” never fail.

Took 3 full days to inflate but, the wait was worth it (your experience will vary on time to inflate). Very comfortable.

Finally a good nights sleep!

My husband and I both would wake up with back pain and body aches all the time until one day I spent the night at my moms and her mattress was similar to the nectar that she’s had for over 12 years and when I woke up I didn’t have any pain so we sought out to find that type of matches and when we went to the furniture store The nectar mattress was right there in front as we walked in and I immediately thought to myself that looks like a comfortable mattress so we looked around and we asked one of the salesman about that mattress and he said it was the best on the market right now so my husband and I laid on it and I immediately thought I want this so my husband and I decided to purchase it and it’s been the best mattress we have a slept on, we woke up with no back pain and no aches like we’ve been having so if you are having trouble with your mattress I highly recommend this mattress!

Sleep good, other stuff not as good

Sleeping is amazing, we did think it would be a tad firmer. It definitely is like a cloud and while we are sleeping great- maybe too much since the other night activities amongst adults is not as easy in this bed. We are getting creative and have other locations. But one of our fav positions is harder in this softer bed. But for sleep- again GREAT!

A bit squishier and softer than I had hoped for. It works for my kids, but if I lay with them the side dips down. Wish I spent a little more and got the helix for them.
